	Apoc gives +10 haste that counts against the gear haste cap, meaning you should tp in ~+16 haste with aftermath up (which should be basically at all times in an exp party if you /sam). That is why you TP in ace's helm, Turban adds nothing of benefit. 2010-09-13 15:04:08
