It has a trial tag because its a level 75 version; there are further trials for level 80 versions of this weapon.

Yeah, I got the first OAT trial done, there's two more trials after this, one that gives one more base damage, and after that, there's a trial that upgrades it to a lvl 80 Khanda with a much higher base damage.
