I got around 4k as SMN/WHM during a 1 hour B.Glacier CB.

Probably was over 45 min considering the highest medal caps you at just under 6k for an hour.

And no I'm not just going off of wiki I go off the fact that I always way over cap to the point of getting as much AN as xp and still don't break 6k in an hour.
