What Siren.Enternius said. Grab both Vile Elixar and +1, Persikos au Lait and a TP wing. You'll get it, just keep a level head during the fight!

Yeah, I just beat monk Maat.

Highly recommend using Spaghetti Carbonara for food if you aren't already. Has +175 HP and STP+7.

When you go in sleep to 100% TP, Focus > Dodge > Hundred Fists > Chi Blast > use WS > get TP from HF > WS > wing > WS should be dead.

If you go WS > wing > WS it will cause him to HF too soon.

Vile Elixir +1.

It costs about 60k and restores 55% of your HP in about 1 second. Seriously look into one. Made this fight a lot easier for me.

Sometimes you just get jacked, man. Took me four tries to finish the old man. Fourth try I finally went to level 67 so that I could wield a new weapon with slightly higher DMG. Don't get discouraged. I know a MNK that went something like 1/8.

My strat for this fight :

Opo opo + sleep potion : 100 tp
Max of boost
Before engage use focus and co,
engage but stay out of range use HF and fast, chiblast
WS
when you have 100tp again, ws
and after this second ws, use icarus and ws

if you have a good ws gear, accu and a good food, with a good chiblast and 3 ws it's the win ^^

I'm 1/10 in this fight, so... i understand XD

i went 1/2 on that ***. used no food, ic wings or potions.... just went in, hit focus and 2 houred off the bat, chakra'd when he popped 2 hr, and hit footwork, dragon kick to the face, and he was done. dune boots ftw...
