Riding Skill is actually a issue with the players ffxi =/. Its actually Synergy skill. I fixed my issue with it, although received this riding again after the june 21st update.

Riding is a hidin skill. I believe it either effects how long you can ride your choco, or how well you can dig while on a choco. It showing up is a bug from a long time ago. It showed whenever you zoned, however, it's possible to make a 3rd party program that will show your hiding skills (There are more than just riding, to my knowledge)
