Yeah, I have HQ staves so those will outdo this, but the Enmity down isn't half bad for buffs, especially if I can get my hands on the Legion Scutum ZNM shield with Enmity -2 (aside from March since I use Chanters to hit the 11.23% haste tier). Plus this was my fifth attempt, so I had no choice but to take it, really.

Im attempting a few more daggers to try for Song Spellcast %- but was mildly surprised at the outcome of this one.
