Why removing Brutal? :O If you're going for a full on DEX/Evis build perhaps but I doubt you can get that dDEX necessary pratically on HNM.

Fire Bomblet if it's DE/Evis.

Hecatomb Harness if eating meat, otherwise Dragon Harness is fine.
