Hiya there, I'm the leader of VeteranCrafters a League of 90+ crafters, farmers, gardeners, fishermen and aspiring Novice Crafters. Our Philosophy is one of helping Veteran Crafters develope there sub crafts as well as Novice crafters or higher by allowing farmers to do the gathering of farm items for them. Thus freeing time for crafters so they can just skill up their craft. The standerd payment method we compensate our farmers are; they keep 1/2 the syn items while crafter keep the other 1/2, making it mutually beneficial for both while saving out of pocket expense. crafters can choose the best arrangement they see fit when it comes to compansating any of our farmers. And noone has to leave thier shell to join ours. we currently have over 152 members most Crafters who pop in and out to put farmers to work for them, than leave to rejoin thier main shell. we have a few regulars that stay glued to our shell.
