so.. i tried synthing this with the ingredients listed below, including the white honey x3 and it kept saying "That combination of materials cannot be synthesized." then i tried with those ingredients but with just white honey x1 and it worked. just a heads up :) (just wanted to sign some of you're wondering why i wasted money synthing it instead of buying for 2k from npc)
Achren of Remora is correct that there is no reason to synth the NQ, as it is available from NPCs. However, at the mercenary rank of Chief Sergeant, Abquhbah mentions it is one of Naja's favorite foods, and turning one in will reward you with a scroll of Instant Reraise (unsure if it has to be a certain time of day).
I can understand JPs synthing it for the HQ because the JPs have a cool-*** name for the +1: "Story of a Thousand Stars and One Moon"...
That, and if the HQ guild points prove to be worth it (though as of now, 3/18/08, how many guild points this thing will rake in is unknown), the culinary guild people might start synthing it on pattern day.
