I don't know whats up with this sushi. I am veteran cooking and HQ squid sushi on a regular basis (cooking 92), but this sushi with a cap on 58 seems impossible to HQ2 or HQ3, if its not just me that have very very bad luck all the time when making these there's gotta be something else to it, and probably why you dont see lots of them, and when you do see them they're fairly expensive.
Could more people start makeing this food. there is no cap and the 19% is almost like haveing +6 Racc @ 200 skill. Please note that there is a double attack increase as well.
i had some cones in my mog from fishing and decided to make this sushi 5 stacks later (60 synths) and heres the results...
NQ - 43
HQ1 -11
HQ2 -3
HQ3 - 1
FAIL - 2
I am lvl 100 dint wear any +this or that gear and as you can see for your self, this synth dosent like to hq3+hq4 often even with over 40 lvls on its cap.
