..And with gigant squid at 3k each, your 4580 isn't going to buy two of them. You can fish your own squid, but from a pure profit standpoint your better off just selling the squid at 3k each.
So the answer is no, you cannot make a profit on NQ squid sushi @9k/stack. At that price, the money is in the HQ only.
wasabi cost between 1.9k to 2.5k each
if bought from npc no matter what sushi you make if you constantly get under cut by douchebag rmt or just pain old douchebags then you will lose.
Be smart when you craft check price trends before you list.

The thing is even if you can HQ, there is always chance of cracking. The effective minimum price to make money from Squid Sushi will be even higher.
A lot of people PL their craft to 100, and have cheer that can make crazy gil now with 100 cooking while not even keep their account books well. :(
