This is a very good food for rangers, particularly at low levels. I am baffled why I don't hear more about it. Here is a short success story:
I was leveling in Qufim when the ranger in our party who was using an HQ sushi commented on how dissatisfied he was with his performance, particularly with with his rang. accuracy. I had one of these on my character and suggested he use one of these when his sushi wore off. He skeptically agreed only to be shocked as to the amount of improvement it made. His accuracy improved dramatically and damage improved significantly. It was also obvious that he could get an extra shot or two in on the mob before stealing hate from the tank.
The bottom line: especially at early levels, this food kicks sushi's trash in. The reason for this is that the rang. acc. that is added is a flat number instead of a percentage. This stuff has all the right stats and it reduces your hate meaning you can do more dd and not pull hate try them you might find out they are right up your street
