Probably one of the most annoying fish to catch. Sure, it's a low cap at 31, but with only 1 chance an hour, for about 3 minutes to be ABLE to catch it, and then not even guaranteed to bite, this one can make you rip your hair out...

Went to fish for GP today with Ebisu and a Shrimp Lure (targets only two fish that way) and managed to pull up 4 in one ride.

I've always hated these for GP though.
