When I need water crystals, I head to La Theine and wait for rain (which happens just about every 5-10 minuets it seems), and then head down to the lakes on the lower right-hand side of the map. A Water Elemental is a guaranteed pop there during every water weather. Water elementals always hang out around lakes.

If you think 1k+ is over price you should go to Pashow Marshlands and camp water elementals. most of the time its rainy weather over there and each element drops at least one cluster

If you want to get Water cyrstals and fast I would head up to sky where there is always a elemental up but then again thats just me

The spikes in single-unit prices may well come from this site. I had to buy one for 1.3k to verify my character. Odd, but not a problem.

Best Place For Sure Is In Pashow Marshlands , In North West Corner, I Farmed Like 20 Of These In An Hour!
