This is no longer true. This was a glitch where use of the Stealth Screen and Optic Fiber would not decrease enmity like it was supposed to, but would rather greatly INCREASE enmity.
Everyone assumed that the optic fiber greatly increased enmity, so everyone would use it with the Stealth Screen, which furthered the idea that it greatly increases enmity.
It is no longer true, however, since the Stealth Screen and Optic Fiber now work together properly.
This attachment enhances the Maneuver effects, by a 10% boost to whatever the effect is, so, now fixed, use with having Stealth Screen equipped, which gives -10 Enmity with no Water Maneuvers, would now make it -11, etc. for all equipped Maneuvers.
