Useful for Elemental wheel while still meleeing. Considering the bonus's from the set, I'd say just not wear the earring. Unless of course you find yourself not tanking.

It would be impossible to stack these seeing as the weapon itself is Rare. It does however, stack with the effects of the Koga Hatsuburi. Very nice katana for the San wheel spinners out there.
