Obtained from Nyzul Isle and is 1 requirement needed to start the quest "An Imperial Heist". After all 4 subsequent quests are completed, the user will obtain the mythic weapon "Tupsimati".
This is also used in the quest "Unlocking a Myth (Scholar)" in which after obtaining a certain amount of weapon skill points, the user will obtain the weapon skill "Omniscience". Total number of skill points needed depends on the current floor the user has recoded on their "Runic Disc".
