Just throwing this out there, staggering won't help the drop rate of these Empyrean Weapon items because they're not Synth Mats or +1/+2 items (Yellow), Weapons or Armor (Blue), or a KI/Atma (Red).

Ironclad Smiter is kindest with dropping Ironplates... Grauburg Tier II & III VNM arent that bad (haven't tried the other two zones yet) and Apademak... Is mean! hopefully SE fixes him we triggered and still not ONE horn dropped... T.T
G Horn 99 will most likely have +4 to all songs on it. So yeah G Horn 99 for ballads and Daurdabla for dd's would be my guess. Kind of like the concepts of Ochain and Aegis being Physical and Magical shields. Right now I would take G Horn if I had a choice. If haste songs come out in the next few updates then this will trump G Horn.
