This weapon isnt "pretty much crap", it's simply "crap".
But to go a little deeper into things than the two people before me who apparently got punished for it, you do not want this weapon.
The reason Engetsuto NQ works so good for you is because if a SAM equips 18 Store TP in equipment after 5/5 merits and it's native Store TP trait, they turn it into an unbeatable 5-hit weapon.
The HQ's delay is lower, and thus your TP per hit will be lower too. Infact, it drops from 13% to 12.2%, which people can compensate for in gear. But doing this will pretty much gimp your character because you'll be having to sacrifice important stats instead. Too much to overcome the one extra DMG it offers.
Ofcourse DRG can use it too, but why would they want a DMG:86 weapon when they can go for 95~98 DMG instead?
tl;dr, Dont buy it, people will laugh at you because you show them you know nothing about gear or what works best for you.
