Should take a quick gander at Royal Guards Fleuret before purchasing this, decide which you prefer.

its:
DMG:33 Delay:215 Accuracy+6 Parrying Skill +5

opposed to this:
DMG:30 Delay:202 Accuracy+3 Parrying Skill +5

its a toss up, 3 Accuracy, 3 DMG vs well, 13 Delay.

This is the fastest Sword a RDM Can use, thats 100% Fact, however its up to you if 12 Delay is worth 3 Accuracy and 3 base damage.

Oh, and the Ryl.Mskt.Fleuret is 30k~+ Cheaper on nearly every server, and you can use it 4 levels sooner.
