Velocity Bow has the same delay as Ziska and has an amazing 2 DMG less then Ziska. The DPS is not even noticeable since it's only a .5 drop.
So, I don't know why you say it's It's fast and good for claiming, does consistent damage and let's not forget it's 1.1mil cheaper then Ziska, 60k cheaper then Staurobow.
Do yourself a favor and sell your Ziska's and get this instead, I did and I certainly don't regret it. It has the same low delay as Ziska's and almost the same damage.
As for the r.acc, macros exist for this very reason. It's extremely easy for THF to macro in 40+ r.acc for landing effect bolts.
