I think the price is so low because it's not a great value. One more AGI and one more attack does not add much at all for Trick Attacks, which is all a THF will use this for. Many thieves, even the good ones, will skip a TA set all together.
Wiki has the leather skill for this at 51, anyone know if that's true?
Seems Real cheap for a +1 if you can't break tier 1 without having bone 99 and leather 61, which I doubt many people have
