@ Hellbringerx: Have you ever heard that -MP may be a bad thing? Cassie/Intruder is the best for max HP, but it also costs you 90 MP. Not everyone can afford to spare 40/50/90 MP, so this (and Bloodbead, Morukaka's, NQ) is a great option for string-free HP.
To answer Wales, its a tier 1 synth, meaning on average you'll HQ 1 in 10 synths. Costs about 70k each to make on your server, unless you manage to find plat earrings on the AH and arent synthing from scratch. So thats 700k to synth 10. Presuming you HQ one and sell at 200k, and you have the other 11 to sell which seem to have a steady cost of 48k. (48kx9)+200k = 632k. You're already at a loss, and you havent accounted for breaks nor AH fees. I hope this helps you realize why none are being made.
I don't understand why this is sold so rarely on the AH. The materials cost 60k and the HQ version sells for 200k. And there is no shortage of buyers when it finally does become available. As Welsh said, it is a paladin's best friend. GET IN GEAR AND MAKE MORE OF THESE GOLD SMITHERS!!!
