actually i have one of these and the regen is 2hp per tick ^^ one of the best high lvl drg gear if you dont have assault jerkin. im not sure conte corazza has higher regen, but this is 2HP for sure.
If you have an Assault Jerkin or anything better, I agree you definitely shouldn't be wearing this full time. Sure, it looks better, sure it's pretty expensive... and it may be frustrating to hear, but this should *only* be used in your Jump macros. The 2TP is worth it if you can afford. Just realize you're paying 900k for 2TP and that's all.
To Maxim:
I agree AJ is more convenient to get since it is is good (?) for more jobs, but this piece is made mostly for DRG, and AJ dont get you 2hp/tick neither your jump TP bonus.
Everyone comparing this to armor piece 'X' or 'Y' needs to keep in mind this is a Jumpmacro/Idle piece.
This is a must own for any DRG regardless of your TP/WS body armor.
Solo piece and macro piece. You should never throw this away, +9 TP on jumps is golden. Skystrider+Barone Body/Legs. Conte Body/Legs for a total of +10.
To add my thoughts; The only reason to wear an AJ is if you're broke and/or have it left over from another job. Its not really that good.
I wouldn't use this set in a normal melee scenario myself, but I see people wearing far worse things. This is primarily in my opinion a solo piece, but it is an excellent solo piece.
While this probably should take a back seat to more pivotal gear, I think it should be on every DRG's list. There's plenty of room in your jump macro for this bad boy even if you never solo.
honestly this piece is only good for macro for Jump/High Jump or for when your resting, just to get your HP bk up. Soloing you wouldnt want this unless this is your only ATK+ gear, other that you would want to hit more often or gain TP faster, hate on the wyvern isnt bad it keeps you alive for a bit longer.
Do not use this in an experience points party, get yourself an AJ instead, the drop rate isn't too bad and it will last you till you get the endgame pieces.
ACC+3, ATT+18 completely outweights the benefits this piece offers. Macro it in for jumps if you got 600k to spare but by no means should you be full-timing this.
