Well there is only 1 possible way to hit the Tier1 mark. and im guessing you and your friend aren't fullfilling that requirement.
Here it is:
100bone with, +1body +1spectacles and +1 mog )house item=103bone(covers tier1 bone
Now you need:
60leather with, +1gloves and +3paid support
all together gives you bone103 leather64 and with it Tier1. if you have this setup and your getting those numbers theres a few culprits to look at. 1) do you have any other furniture inside your moghouse overwriting your moghancement: bonecraft? 2) are you getting "PAID" support and have all 3 of above named gear equipped?
