Moghancement: Region
This gives more Region Points (NOT conquest points)to your country when you're XPing in an area. These points will help give your country control of a Region for the next Conquest Update.
Its also fugly and will overpower any dark based useful moghancment.

And as for Abrupt from Fenrir server, I agree, people don't obviously care about selling them for 10K and giving people access to a free 3K a piece.
