I was NPC'ing these in Jueno for 302 gil a piece at the Merry Minstrell.The High Quality versions NPC'd for 423. Currently Bone Rings are selling for roughly 1k while the HQ sell for 3k.
These are relatively easy to skill up bonecrafting from 9-17. Mid level Bonecrafters can also make trite amounts of gil by buying massive amounts of materials; NPCing the Bone Rings while putting your Bone Rings +1 on the Auction House.

Trading 10 HQ & 14 NQ worked out well being a tier 3 synth.
