It's very handy for a NIN to have a pair of these (or NQ version) on-hand for those endgame situations where holding hate is very important; or if your just having trouble holding hate in an exp/merit party.
These HQ versions are pretty rare to see on the AH and cost a pretty penny. However, if you cant find/afford, i would still invest in a pair of the NQ versions which are far more common and sell at a reasonable price.
