Drops from Habetrot in Temple of Uggalepih by trading 12x La Theine Cabbages to the ??? @ I-6 on map 2 (as soon as you enter at the vines growing in the wall at the T-intersection). Habetrot has a roughly 7% chance of spawning, and if it doesn't, a Rambler Crawler will spawn. Respawn is 15 minutes for the ???.
The only other way to get this item is by trading 5x M. Silverpieces to one of the gobs....which is just stupid.
Used to make Twinthread (as listed below), which is one of the items needed to upgrade the Dynamis Katana to level 2.
