The problem is the supply and amount of sellers that are willing to sell it for cheap. Ignoring people that sell it for cheap, it is extremely easy to come acquire from a nation and shouldn't be worth as much as it is (atm 4k on Kujata) because of that.
The potential supply is too high for it to be worth any more than that.
HQ2 Synthesis of this is now sold between 70,000-90,000 in Titan. For this sync material to sell only for 3,500 is absolute joke. The buyers are laughing all the way to the bank. People who exchange the CP for this are left to pick up the pieces.
I'd sell this for 10K at least myself. Why not? After all the HQ2 is one of the best legs piece that last very long, long time.
