I think... these may be the best hands for a Corsair's Quick Draw, second only to relic, Commodore Gants, but third to the improbable Commodore Gants +1. If only QD, though, mage's cuffs = relic hands!
While these are probably the best 'buyable' QD mitts, you forgot Skadi, which have a staggering 5 agi , A big upgrade over these and even relic+1 for QD.
Best purchasable QD gloves from the AH. However with the last patch SE introduced Rover's Glove which are the best QD hands in the game currently (drop from a lotto NM in Xarcabard).
