With the lvl cap reaching 95, Brd now has 690 base combined skill. 800 is needed to cap Scherzo.
Without Gjallarhorn or Daurdabla, or Instrument skill merits, it's impossible to cap Scherzo. Disregarding Daur/Gjall, I'm fairly certain that a max skill Scherzo build atm totals in +90 combined skill, including the 5 skill from this sash. So for Brd's without Gjallarhorn/Daurdabla or roughly 26~ additional Instrument skill from merits, this sash will hold merit for them.
Otherwise, this Sash doesn't currently hold much purpose to get right at the moment (Possibly could reach another range tier on Mazurka with it though lol). Once lvl 99 rolls around and we have more songs that require skill builds, I'm sure this sash will hold more importance. Also in case anyone's wondering, Demonry Sash is still the best debuff acc piece for Brd.
