These are actually very good for jobs that don't need the extra 1% haste from the Brego gloves to hit cap.
On mobs that aren't overly high level/evasive the Double attack would defiantly beat out the 9 Accuracy and 5 Dex

With Assassin's Feet+2 being as awesome as they are, These make an Amazing Hand Armor for a 3/5+2 THF.

I.E

Emp+2 Head
Emp+2 Body
These Hands
Emp+2 Legs
Rel+2 Feet

As a pretty good TP Set, while capping haste. (With Twilight Belt of Course)

Theres other options to consider, But i think these are going to best bet. They offer similar STR to Brego Gloves, but give Double Attack +3%.

Now, Brego Gloves would win when you need the Accuracy+9(?) From them. But these would be better on trashier mobs - Dynamis, Etc

they can actually be really useful, tho i don't think i could ever say for ws unless you are a DA fiend lol. but for tp and keeping rates up, some of those jobs can make great use of it with the right set/build.

These may be the exact same STYLE as Heafoc Mitts, but are you really comparing Double Attack and Haste +3% to STR +13 and -4DEX -8ACC? Nomkhapa ARE TP hands. Your statement makes me sad, cross eyed, and overall /facepalm I am dissapoint.

I do wish these were for WAR as well, kind of strange that the one job with the highest double attack can't use this piece, but then again, that's about on par for SE.
