RDM - Aquaveil Down - DT-4 on hands. With merits gives 104% pdt would be at 48 and mdt at 27 with shell capped just fine. This would be to get your aquaveil back up with no issues plus having all your aquaveil+ equipment on for maximum effect. Side note: can use a pdt5 ring to cap pdt. But meh.
