well, he also scammed multiple people for accounts over a long period of time--though i'm not enough of a legal expert to speculate on the penalties(or lack thereof) involved there

by the time he took control of sinus and dropped his ***, the account had not only been kicked from apathy, but resold as well, as dahui was aware of
so it was most likely stripped by the time dahui got his hands on it
basically, dahui *** over some completely random dude who had nothing to do with the apathy/exodus drama in order to look cool
he also photoshopped an existing ss to make it look like he had control of apathy's bank
