Inbox Ignoring This Character

For some reason if I get a message sent to this character then it won't show up on the sidebar. If any of my mules or other characters get a message it'll change to Inbox (1) or (whatever), but it totally ignores my messages on Quetz. Am I forgetting to set something or is that just a glitch? Been this way since the merge.

I have the same problem. I've had messages go ignored for months until recently, now I have started checking it manually.

When you type you have more then one name that it can be under.. when you are at you in box change names there

i hate the same issue and most of my replies don't get answered or i don't answer replies for a while just for that reason lol.
i never really had the whole inbox(1) thing ever though.
so it might just be completly brokdz atm.
i bet they are aware of it but don't care or haven't figured out how to fix the issue.
it's not really a big issue anyway cuz you can still manually check, you'd have to click on it regardless.

when you in you mail.. you have the name thing that you can post as .. like i just did it as "Brahmdut" .. you can change this in you IN box

Sooorry, this should have been addressed long ago.

There's a bit of a minor glitch that affects a few people at a time where the amount of new messages on the notifier and the amount of new messages in your mailbox don't match. Scragg, as far as I'm aware, can only fix this manually, but it only affects a few people at a time.

Also, you may need to set your default character under "Edit Account." That might help a bit, otherwise all new messages to other alternate characters under the same account will get sent to your email, and show up as a red number in parentheses when you check your mbox and click on the drop-down menu on the upper-left.
