I added my Asura character and verified it. I registered the updated linkshell community account and I placed the link into the account yesterday.
However I still never get any option to queue for update or ever get an update.
I verified that I had everything correct including the link. In over 12 hours no updates at all or options to update.
I went from Pandy to Asura.
I even changed my default profile.

Same here, I've tried adding the link multiple times on my slyph character and it wont take :(
same here, mine wont update for 4 days now. always been on sylph tho... it keeps showing RNG/BLM eventho I havent played that / used the gear since monday <.<
Nice to see I'm not the only one having this issue. Here I thought I was just amazingly incompetent on all things FFXI - even the FFXIAH site. :)

I'm in the same boat as these other guys. I changed my ls link info about 8 times now and it still isn't updating. It's also still showing my server as Midgard
I have the same issue, it won't even show up on my profile even though the link is correct!!
Same prob, updated LSC links several times (although they always appear to be the same). Its kinda annoying cause I can only hit "update-button" once in 24hours. Always hoping that it works... for 3-4 days now... but nothing. BLM is still 72 although my LSC profile on ALL linkshells say 75

hiya, i am having serious issues with my ffxi comunity linkshell logins..wont take my codes or pol passwords so i am unable to access it for over 1 year. was on pandy and now merged with asura..will do the char verification but i wasnt able to log in prior to the merger..any ideas?
and it still doesnt scan :\ any news on this?
id put it down to fail on se's end
It's not updating for me either. And my Linkshell Community profile shows me on a different job than ffxiah profile. And yes, I did reenter the profile url, like 24 hrs ago, but that didn't help.
Ive tried updating, and it hasn't shown any update for the last 17 days. e.e

I did notice something. I noticed it didn't really update for a while (like i'd log off as ninja and for the next few days it wouldn't update) but then i did something in game and it updated the next day. But this was weeks ago.
i'm saddened because i wanted to show off my WHM :( oh wel.

Is it just the people that got thrown to new servers that are having this issue? Because that was when the problem started for my character info.
i am in ragnarok and i had the issue too, now is working fine for me, updated 2 days consecutive so idk :/
Posted in the other thread but, there was a problem on our end. Thanks to all your reports we tracked it down.
It's possible that the scanner now has an enormous backlog to work its way through, so please be patient with it while it plays catch-up.

Tried to reach your page manually and verified your LSC URL is correct although I get an error message on the LSC site. This happens with a small portion of users and the problem is on SE's side. If you have multiple linkshells, you can try to change your LSC URL to a working one.
