Looking For Higher Lvl Cook (90+) To Craft Some Stuff

On shiva server Im in need of a some things and both require a higher lvl cook.

First I need goblin drinks. these used to be crazy common ages ago but now I need some parade gorgets and Ive been able to find only 2 drinks in the last week with checking bazaars almost daily :(

Ill provide all materials, looking to get at least a dozen made(due to non100% drop rate), will pay 2k for each drink you make with my mats, or if you want to do it yourself Ill pay 6k per drink with your mats.

The 2nd thing Im looking for is Heart chocolate (the hq of bubble chocolate) Tried making some today but it was an utter failure. Hoping to get atleast a few of these so Ill provide mats as needed and pay an added 3k per heart chocolate you make for me.
