I can agree with the Scottish accent thing, but idk about Canadian... As for saying eh, we don't do it as much as we're stereotyped as.. however according to my linguistics professor we're guilty of a phenomenon called "Canadian Raising" during which our "low" vowels are "raised". This is how the whole "aboot" for "about" thing was created..., although I'm pretty sure I say the latter anyways.
As for lies and falsehoods, none we're spoken; you're totally adorable. :)
