Being asian myself I seem to have a harder time putting on weight than some certain sexy white guys haha.
But I've been working out for about 3 years and managed to get 160lb at 5'10", not too hard in college. My food intake is junk food to the extreme lol, think mcdonalds, jack in the box, tacobell, chinese, etc. But I say to myself... my body can handle it for now so I need not worry about it!

Hey awesome! I work at a K-8th school right now, in the before/after care program. I sub every so often as well... generally for kindergarten. They're better than dealing with the middle-schoolers, at least :P
I'm thinking about teaching college classes. I love working with the kids, but the maturity and intellectual levels leave me wanting for more in my teaching experiences. I do love helping the kids better understand things, though... it's always rewarding in my opinion :) That's more of a 1-on-1 tutoring level though... I'm not sure if I could actually teach elementary full-time, so I commend you for that!! ^_^
