So, since a lot of people in here speak (or like) 日本語, I need your haaaalp!

I'm writing a speech on 擬音語と擬態語 and I want to know what your favourites are.

擬音語 are audible noises like:
ワンワン (Dog's bark)
ニャンニャン (Cat's meow)

擬態語(擬情語) are inaudible noises like:
ドコドコ (Heartbeat)
グズグズ(Procrastination)
[I'm mixing both 擬情語 and 擬態語 into 擬態語 for the purpose of this speech.]

「えぇぇ、 擬態語の『態』漢字は『熊』に似る！」
>> "Oh, a Chinese character in the word 'phenomime' looks like the Chinese character for 'bear'!"

I don't read enough (any) comics to know very many onomatopoeia. :/

I like キルキル because it reminds me of 咕噜咕噜叫 (the Chinese onomatopoeia for a rumbly tummy^^), which I find absolutely hilarious for some reason lol :D

In mainland China, "態" simplifies to "态," which is weird because "能" by itself is the same in both writing systems (as is "太," which shares the same pronunciation as 態/态). So it's like hi2u arbitrary simplification! Now that I live right next to Hong Kong, I see ***like this way too much. It's depressing because sooo much information is missing in the simplified system. :<
