I don't like my spices carcinogenic either. But I like my spices especially after learning they do have medicinal properties (and I don't mean just spicy spices)
But bland things taste good too :)
I just like to put Garlic, Oregano, and Rosemary on a lot of things (and Thyme on pizza and things that involve tomato sauce :)

yeah Tostito's is good with flavor not spicy (if you find them to be spicy then I'm sorry I miss informed you... I don't find them to be spicy)
I like spicy b/c it clears my nostrils without medicine when I'm all congested :)
