FFXI LGBT Community, who are you?
yes ^^ back to mcnuggets!
@Xenophire - we did. we were trying to have a nice conversation about sweet and sour sauce vs bbq sauce... I think people misunderstood what Zah said and then attacked her. She's got a right to defend herself politely, which it seems to me is what she's doing.
Edit: she isn't suggesting that everyone who experiments with sexuality in college is doing it for the attention. She's saying that there are quite a few who do, and that these people are abusing the mystique that lots of straight guys associate with lesbians in order to get them fired up for sex later on in the night. I just found a gavel on the floor, who lost it?

I'm done anyway. It just seems like a lot of misinterpretation. /shrug Caitsith.Zahrah said: » Alexander.Carrelo said: » I think people misunderstood what Zah said and then attacked her. Usually I'm really slow on the uptake but I have the occasional moment of clarity. XD Alexander.Carrelo said: » I think people misunderstood what Zah said and then attacked her. This thread really isn't for debating that topic. If there's a question regarding the psychological state of freshman females. That's something else, which has little to do with the LGBT community as a whole. As a gay male i'm 100% confident in my sexuality that i need not concern myself with the actions of others. An 18yo questioning her sexuality or using it as some form of foreplay isnt going insult me. Now what is insulting is someone, trying to play the "i know a gay person card." Yah thats kinda insulting. Dude that's nothing, I get ads for fkin... cougar dating... ; ;
lesbians on a whole make me mad sometimes :< like hot lesbians are a-ok according to my dad but no, god forbid if you can have gay guys, thats just wrong
well the gay community doesnt interact with lesbians too much in my experience. Its kinda like theres social circles within the gay community.
Our lipstick counter-parts kinda keep to their own social-groups. Everytime i pass lesbian night at a bar its like an entire bar of Ellens and Portia's..... Who doesn't know a gay person or multiple gay people in this day and age? You act like it's finding a needle in a haystack! It's not using the "I know a gay person" card. Everyone knows a gay person. EDIT: Ugh...Just nevermind. Also I'm a panda, your arguments are all invalid. :3 Caitsith.Zahrah said: » Bahamut.Baconwrap said: » Now what is insulting is someone, trying to play the "i know a gay person card." No. u dont get it. just cause "u known" a gay person. doesn't mean u understand it. or just because ur cousin or ur best friends brother etc. thats the point im trying to get across to u. to be a gay man or lesbian woman, is very different than just "knowing" one. Our experiences, coming outs, etc speak for themselves. Before I start getting really mad at some people.

How about everyone chill out?
Z, when I made my post in the Houston death thread, that wasn't exclusive to that thread. This is one of those times where you should follow the old adage "If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all." volkom said: » Leviathan.Hohenheim said: » volkom said: » Bahamut.Baconwrap said: » Caitsith.Zahrah said: » Bahamut.Baconwrap said: » Now what is insulting is someone, trying to play the "i know a gay person card." In your stomach you're always alone. What you feel no one can know. You can hear and read all the stories you want but no, you can't understand. And this stands true for everything, not just the topic at hand. Knowing it=/=living it.
