American peanut butter is awful. It might as well be peanut icing.
Nutella tastes good, but it's terrible for you, and it uses palm oil to rub salt in the wound.

American peanut-butter isnt bad, and depending on the brand and make its actually healthy because of the monosaturated fat....personally i like the trader-joes low sodium, no added sugar, chunky one- I'f im lazy and I'm at Gelsons JIF makes a decent one.
I actually dont eat either at the moment, because I take flaxseed oil supplements. Too much omega fats = fat belly! lol

OH lol i'm a phd student in biochem/genetics. I always look at the ingredients of everything I eat or use. Let me put it to u this way i measure my omega fats to the gram to the point that ill actually swallow a tsp of olive oil to fulfill my daily requirement need be lol
