Also, I'd say that the gay community isn't as obsessed with sex as you think. Confirmation bias, etc.

Asymptotic, I don't lack interest in sex, I just don't think it's as important as a lot of others do.

I feel like a retard after masturbation (not guilty, just like if I were to watch a video of myself I'd want to shoot myself in the face), and stressed if tension builds up - so there's one obvious solution.

Sex is therapeutic for me. Although, I'm really selective about who I'll have sex with (and I choose to define sex as anything sexual - manual or oral - because I don't have anal sex because of psychological issues related to being raped).
