I have NOT signed up and I am having the same problem, so like I said on PG2, that is not the issue ppl. It's also NOT the login server, because I can login and get to "Rules and Policies" screen (the screen before you select your character). They are having issues with the mail and lobby servers for Cerberus and looks to be other worlds.

I got "POL error code: 0010" when I hit "accept" on the terms and conditions when attempting to access FFXI. I assume it has something to do with the log-in system as well.♠
