Would be nice if SE gave a bright and colorful notice that you learned a spell. I remember helping a friend learn something from those abbraxxas birds in that waterfall place for like an hour and a half only to realize she had already learned it in the first 20 minutes haha.

I enjoyed learning spells too, the people who helped me with the harder ones... didn't enjoy it though. But I don't mind aimlessly swinging at mobs for hours at a time better then sitting in whitegate with nothing to do.

This lol SS again. I haven't done that little dmg since I first got 75 and had crap gear and no merits lol. My gear is about the samish as far as dmg goes and I'd be ashamed not to break 1600. And that's with no crit hit. No day/weather. No outside buffs. No meds. No enchantments. No burn. But yes I doubt that was a resist since 2800 would be kinda high for a T4 without some seroius oustide buffs.

But yeah that might be what he got if he wasn't sorc ring wasn't active and ugg pendant wasn't either and/or he was getting -10% from off day or weather
