quick question, can not seem to find an accurate answer.
on the ACP body you can get snapshot +5, is hat +5% or +5 to the merited ability, thus making it worht an actual 10%?

yes i meant "that", was typing fast while in a party... but yea i thought the +5 meant 5% but there was some debate in LS going on and trying to find an answer for sure.
