Pyrrhic Kleos

I am curious how this is over all as a ws. It statistically looks phenomenal. I'm curious if anyone knows any information about the amount of eva down and duration. Please post input you have on this WS.

I'm not as familiar with it as some people, but in my experience it won't out damage Dancing Edge. I would usually use it to get the evasion down, then use DE til it wore, and repeat. I never noticed a huge evasion penalty to my targets, but I also never took the time to test it on something with high evasion.
I would read this BG thread if you want to know from some people who have actually taken the time to test it.
