I really don't understand your problem. I myself don't believe in a "God" of such but I do believe in a higher power. And that's my right, to believe what I want to believe, I don't give a stuff if other people disagree with what I believe or worship pink elephant riding leprechauns.... I couldn't care less, because...that's their right.

But why come on to an FFXI forum and try to force your opinion onto everybody? And before you jump in with "I'm not forcing my opinion on anybody", you're the one claiming your opinion as the truth, I've never once stated my beliefs were the one and only or the truth or whatever the hell you wish to call it. They're just my beliefs, disagree with them if you will, couldn't care less.

That's not really the annoying part of all of this. It's your constant assumptions. Anger does not always equal truth either, maybe people just don't like you implying that something doesn't exist unless you, Bulleta, believe it does. I've seen a lot of people state that they believe in something more, what I don't see is a lot of people telling you "THERE IS SOMETHING MORE, ITS THE TRUTH, IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE THIS YOU'RE STUPID, CHILDISH AND ANGRY". Yes, religion is flawed. But guess what? So is science. Is there a miracle drug to cure all diseases with no side effects? Nope. Has science determined a way to end world hunger? Nope, there is no miracle food we can sprinkle on a poor village and their instantly full. Has science figured out a way to bring peace to the world? Nope, they didn't do that either. In fact, science has heightened wars. Do we fight with our bare hands? I don't think so. We fight with nuclear weapons and guns. Did religion create those weapons? Nope, science did.

So if you want to blame religion for starting wars, go ahead. You're probably right in most cases. But science has kept wars alive.

I think most people that claim a religion are weak minded idiots who can formulate their own ideas, and are also tools.

I think that most people who claim a belief in nothing are also weak minded idiots who feel some sort of satisfaction with themselves by convincing themselves that they have "evolved" to some sort of higher conciseness that puts the concept of faith beneath them somehow, and are also tools.

I think that arguing religion is fundamentally flawed since both sides of the argument argue the exact same thing in the exact same manner.
Anyone who starts or engages in such an argument is either mentally deficient or very bored.

I have the right to believe what I want, I also have the right to tell you that your beliefs are HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE and you will suffer "insert w/e religion you want here"'s consequences. I also have the right to not give a ***if it makes you uncomfortable or pisses you off. Quit being a butthurt little *** and just accept it.
